Analysis of Student Learning Styles Using Fleming's VARK Model in Science Subject

The implementation of high-quality learning is something teachers must ensure. Consequently, need to be able design engaging procedures that draw students' attention the subjects they are teaching. Understanding a student's preferred style one necessary teachers. People with styles closely tied their environments and personalities adjusted. process receiving knowledge will improved by defining material learner's style. One most used diagnostic tools for determining type VARK model. visual, Auditory, Read/Write, kinesthetic divided into four divisions in paradigm. This research aims identify dominant among science students. A qualitative descriptive methodology hundred junior high school students as participants. Diagnostic exams interviews were used. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively reducing data, presenting making conclusions. According findings, 35% learners, 30% being 21% 14%t Read/Write. Identifying tools, such choosing models, creating materials, media assessment approaches more effective accordance student styles, can done developing one's understanding styles.
